Guest Payment Terms

We request that guests pay a booking deposit equal to 25 % of the total booking amount once we accept your booking request. 

The balance is required to be paid 28 days prior to your arrival.

For bookings made less than 28 days prior to arrival, full payment is required to confirm your booking.

Payments can be made by Credit Card, eft into our bank account or by cheque or money order through the mail. Please identify your payment with the name of the booking, and arrival date.  

Rescheduling your booking

We understand that sometimes your best laid plans do not always work out so if you find that you are unable to utilise your booking as planned we will endeavour to reschedule your booking to a time that is mutually suitable with no penalty.
